No. 24 - anagram of sea trip gives a word which you can then check for a Spanish or Dutch translation. The whole is a poltician (usually from USA) who talks for so lomg that all debating time is lost

I was only commenting - not starting any kind of feud!
I am curious as to why the name of the quiz involved is not always added to the original question by the poster involved - or am I missing some etiquette point?
