AB, yeah,well, I must have been so worked up that i couldn't get the words out properly. I think it's quite a clever clue really. I would wouldn't I.

copy/paste the coded stuff into the 'Decode a cipher' box and then click 'start without help'
scroll down a bit and keep clicking 'rotate +1' until you get a meaningful(and i think, heartfelt)piece of text.
