I've actually driven through Vigata. The townspeople have renamed their ancient home! Well, I think it's hyphenated on the welcome sign: Porto Empedocle-Vigata, I believe.

Having oats right now. The stinking Benjamins have broken ground; funny, they look far more beautiful when you call them wake-robins. They grow in my woods- breathtaking. Trout lilies ready to burst open. Ah, spring. Wind anemones! False spikenard! And I didn't even have to plant them!
