92. Best be leaving! River fishes have a bacterial disease. (9) I can't make 'eron' into a bacterial disease and I think I've got it wrong.

Pleb - take the be out of best plus abbreviation of river plus another word for fishes as in catching them - the whole is a bacterial disease of horses.

Still hoping for some help with 11,16 and 31

16 is another name for a litter (or stretcher)
