well that's the answer, but a clue would have been more fun.
Oh and 'roo' is used as the bounder in 41 - unlikely to repeat itseflf.

At a disadvantage- don't have the puzzle- but also don't see an eight-letter word in above clue.

OK. I'm very confused. First, apolopies for giving answer- thought it was asked for. Anyway, COP=arrest ER=queen horse-coper is horse-dealer
And still don't see 8-letter word.
