Are we talking about the same person? Francis always seemed the perfect gentleman. Do you mean Phillip perhaps? Phillip was apparently banned from the site. Francis died.

Please note the duplication of Clueless 106 - I think Miss Moneypenny was filing her nails at the time. Perhaps it was to replace the missing Peer Review 16 - it all evens out in the end!
