Sorry to interrupt. I was called away just as I noticed culmer's post asking me to parse the clue. Loki is "The Trickster" in the Norse pantheon, by profession (declaration) low-key (synonym for laid-back). Must run off to an appointment- just to give an idea of who's out there and who isn't.
