When my eldest daughter was a baby, still at the crawling stage, I showed her how to bounce a ball. Instead of mimicking me, she took the ball, crawled across the room, put it against the baseboard, and swung the door against it so that it bounced off. My jaw dropped. She still has that kind of mind, and so does AB.
