Have now completed the grid and highlighted accordingly.
Just one answer eludes me: 32d a?ener
Any ideas?

I've no longer got the magazine - do you have a clue for that, or was it unclued?

Clue was: Maybe one approving is rarely more pleasing.

Also, for 37d I have 'etat' for the clue: State that's for guillotining in revolution.
Is that correct coz I can't justify.

Should have added, 'etat' was backwards ('in revolution') in the clue, sTATE.
