Kiwikid,

RE; Duck

Don Manley compiles crosswords for many quality newspapers and publications and the name "Duck" is one of his pseudonyms in which he compiles his work in, he also writes under the names "Quixote" , "Giovanni" and "Juan" which can all be preceded by Don or Donald (His real first name) He often appears in the Sunday Times and recently appeared on a BBC4 programme called "How to solve a cryptic crossword" which I believe can still be viewed on BBC iplayer.

He also edits and writes a piece in a recent book I purchased called Chambers Crossword Dictionary - New edition, which fits snuggly next to my Chambers Dictionary (The Bible).

You will soon begin to crack the more difficult wordplay clues if you look in on here regularly, as it has plenty of outstanding talent.

Have fun, Les40
