You're not going to believe this, but the song wasn't "composed" for this show; it's a ditty that was used as a tourism promo back in the 70s and/or 80s. It hasn't gotten any better with age.

I called for my free vacation kit but the number doesn't work any more...ah well Millport again.

You do realize it isn't possible to "vacation" (as we say) in Quahog, and you'd perhaps be disappointed to see the real thing.
