2d Somehow destructive force rising in central part C??S?V? - must be cursive but don't see the word play?

I've got 'corsive' means the same as corrosive' though the centre's missing. I got it because I had an 'o' in 10 A.

It is CORSIVE CORE + VIS (virus) and the one across it is BROO.
