PezBuin I put TEEN for 16 Across E in ten?

I came ot the same conclusion Trever - is thr extra "e" for eletronic as in clue 10?

I guess e=electronic-answer for 10 across

Both Trevor and I are of the same opinion, that it should be TEEN, but, can't yet work out why the E. I'll keep looking at it.

I reckon anniec has got it. E = electronic (E-mail etc)

I think as does anniec that it stands for electronic as referred to e-mail

Possible reason might be taking TEN out of TEN ie.

((TE... out of TEN) + (...EN out of TEN)) = TEEN ?

I'm going with TEEN anyway, as that was the lasy clue & I can't be worrying about it anymore. Too tired !!!
