I think that the 2-6 information must have been wrong.
Wasn't it 2-8?

Hi, TWM. Yes, it was 2.8., but this crossword wasn't very cleverly put together. I spent ages on 12 across, trying to work out an answer for 5.6. letters, when it should actually have been 6.6.

Has anyone tried the easy clues that go with this grid? I think it is harder than the cryptic.

The clue did read 2,8
