Old-fashioned to sound raspy and infested with germs? (5/3/5) ????S ??? ?????

Horse (sounds like hoarse) and buggy (full of germs)

The term "horse and buggy" is used to refer to something invented/used before the advent of the car, i.e. it's outdated or old-fashioned.

Nothing short of brilliant! Well done again.

(We must be very old-fashioned hereabouts because the old couple next door have a horse and buggy)
