Hi everybody and many thanks for helpful help from all.
YES for the cheesey clue I had LAMBEGGAR which answers if there is such a cheese. (Ithink there is) However now corrected
AND FINALLY 13dn "Computer programs run we hear as compiled" S?A?E?A?E
Is it SHAREWARE and what does that mean.
And finally have just had a lovely idea for OCTOPUSSY

It is shareware, which is the name for programmes that you can dowonload for free off the internet, usually for a limited time trial period. http://www.techterms.com/definition/shareware

anagram of R (run) and we hear as = shareware.

shareware IS a computer programme. Usually freebie to show you how fantastic it is before you have to buy it.

Shareware (anagram of 'we hear as') are programs(applications) that you can download for free, usually, and then buy or donate if you like it.
or sometimes the program will limit what you can do unless you 'upgrade'.
