15. should be. etam, northumberland.

32. was evesham.worcs. so worcs can't be the spare county.

15. could as easily be hexham, either fit but county stays the same so who cares.

Missing county is Kent.

When I answered "Worcestershire" for the "missing" county, I thought you meant which county had you deliberately omitted to include on the list of pre-1974 English counties which you provided and I had printed off. I didn't realise till half way through the "thingy" that the answer would be by a process of elimination !!! Looking forward to seeing just how draw-droppingly devious you'be been this time you rascal.
