You are so right Winnie,I checked them through last night and realised 63 and 77 were wrong.Scrub the clues I gave.I do apologise for misleading you on those two.

To Quizmad - thank you for your clues for no 44. However...! This is the last clue to answer, nobody else has asked about it, so it must be easy, but despite following your hints, I still cannot sort it out. Is it an anagram of your hints?

Morning Anotheray...a clue to Q43...think of a decorative fabric, split it and insert a girls name to produce a word meaning "gaps".
Any clues to help me get Q77..I am being really thick over this one!! Ta.

Radar56 Number 77 is easy.....think of a yobbo not working, hanging round the streets is one way to solve it or if someone beats someone up they L....... him Just about to send mine off and checking if any friends need help with clues. Noticed the clue for L.... Ashley for 53 My word for that has V in the middle, not U. Anyone else got that.

I have still to get 77 besides 43 and 63.

Hi anotheray - 63 a term for liver, kidneys etc. from animals around a 3 letter word which is an abbreviation of a British chemical company. Hope this helps.

Hi again Anotheray...extra clue!! For the decoraive fabric think of Honiton!! And yes it begins with L!
I am completely thrown now about Q53...some say it's got a V in it!! Help please anyone!! Ta

Hi Twinsnan...think I've got Q77 now..thanks for the help..not sure what you have got for Q53...I have a name beginning with L with a U in the middle! This one is beginning to bug me!!
