I just stay permanently logged in to it, as I edit a page for the the local community magazine, so it's easier than having to keep logging on.

I find fbook superb for staying in touch with family & old friends, who now live abroad.
Don't bother with family & friends who are roundabout.

That's what I like Mr Light. I have friends and family who are widely scattered, so it's really nice to be able to catch up with them easily.

hope you all know about Skype, totally free phone calls to anybody else that uses Skype.

if you have a web cam you can also watch each other while you talk.
