tonyw: I can understand your frustration (though not your capitalization), but legitimate puzzlers (Azed for one) use trade names all the time. It sometimes drives me nuts, but primarily when they're ones that haven't passed into popular useage (when they're UK pharmaceuticals or retailers or steelmakers or something) as, say, Frigidaire has done. I don't see such trade names in any dictionaries, whereas the word in question at least appears in inferior ones (read: American).
