now now chaps " haud yer wheesht" I looked up dor in the dictionary ( which i should have done in the first place)and saw for myself it was a dung beetle. I was only interested in the word dor to finish my crossword.

That's not quite what I had in mind when I told him Pastille had a vacancy. But I can see he's well qualified to spend the rest of his miserable life munching his way through a compost heap.

That's very decent of you. Personally I bend over backwards to avoid any unpleasantness and go out of my way to have a kind word for everyone. But I feel I should warn that some people on this site aren't as sweet as me.I won't mention any names but I expect you know the people I'm talking about.

I can see your decent Terry - if you like helping people with crosswords, have you been on The Answer Bank? I have posted on there many times.
