AJT - your earlier post confused me, but I now see it was just a simple typo (20 A instead of 29 A).

Sorry about that, Chips. Actually it wasn't a typo - I'd obliterated part of the 9 with the t, and just read it as 20. My sight is abyssmal

Nice crossword although 24dn had me going for a bit. Was also wondering how crossword compilers would manage without these antelopes - they seem to pop up everywhere!W

Does 2d end with Y or E ?

The clue seems to work with both letters?
