Thanks Pastille, Crosswords from Belfast Telegraph and Sunday Life. Clues can be a bit obscure sometimes.

Films it was, I had to change one, had a letter incorrect which didn't help matters.

i'm in bleedin' hot carsmoke London (where Oliver was set,i think??? gor blimey).Lenny was a biopic about Lenny Bruce and Shoots = films.but...
is that 2nd letter an "i"?

pastille, I was in Bonnie Dundee for the evening, in a hostelry, and it was fairly damp and wet weather outside. Our friends south of the border appear to be lucky with tha weather! Hopefully our turn shall come!
