Struggling with last couple, wonder if I've gone wrong!

(I can see bah/hab as word of disgust and i can see rehab as convalescent home - but what's the link with wine? The first letter is the same in both answers, so I'd dearly love to finish this off!)

23 across is RESTY (re sty to fit the clue)

I have 23 down as REHAB (red being wine, short = re) and hab as you said
