Nora, I'd offer you a cold drink to cool you down but it would probably turn to steam before you could swallow it. I wasn't having a go at you or anyone else for that matter. I was merely showing my disappointment that the "no clue, no letters, no help" policy appeared to be failing. If you think it is still alive and kicking then I hope you are right.

Since new people will constantly arrive on this site, there will be a need for ongoing education. All we need to do is stick with it to keep it to manageable proportions. Unfortunately it will never be foolproof though.
Thanks to everyone for their support and trying to make the issue less of an annoyance.
