Think I need to finish a few more clues/answers - still a lot of gaps in my chain of letters.

There's only 18 Down left in my grid. It's unclued and I'm a bit lost. How do I get it - is there one part of the preamble I should focus on? Thanks to anyone who can advise - and apologies to anyone without this grid/crossword as this post will look like gibberish!

My 35 A, unclued, is a very odd looking word - and according to the internet, it's an acronym. Have I gone wrong? (The word I've got is a variation of 11 and 14 Across).

Yes - it's a variation of 11 and 14a but it's a real word and it goes with its defn 4a

Thanks - your comments made me realise I'd gone wrong with 35 A because I'd gone wrong with 36 Down! Have fixed it all now.
