Many thanks, Terry. You deserve a Papal blessing for these answers. Not sure if my recommendation will go very far, since I am not of the faith. Still like their crosswords, though.

Thanks again.

Sorry, RL,

Thank you too. For some reason, I read both answers as coming from Terry. A blessing is on order for you too.

Don't know how I expect to do crosswords if I can't even read properly.

Apologies and thanks again.

no offence taken - don't know how we ever managed to complete a crossword without "google" etc !

I trust that you return the various prizes which you win, being that you really are not eligible, thus giving those entitled a better chance.
Sorry Pipesmoker only said in jest.

Hi, Joker,

I actually cheat by putting the entries in Mrs P's name. She does qualify, having changed feet about five years ago. Over that time I/she won probably more than forty books, every thing from a book on chess, to what I should do with my Rosary Beads.

I think perhaps there are not that many people who actually send in solutions.

Best wishes from both feet.

I note your foot pattern and I am wondering what decision the household feline came to.
Did he follow Mrs.P into the light or remain on the dark side with your goodself.
Kindest regards.

Hi, Joker,

I suspect she is a Cat'lic. Fish does not have to be restricted to Fridays.
