You must have heard "It's a ???? bricht moonlicht nicht the nicht.

The Arcadian god is Pan - then an anagram of races. I'm not hppy with his definition, though. But then, quite a few of them in this puzzle were a bit far-fetched.

Pan (arcadian god) = creas (anag races)= pancreas
