Fire away shahpur - I'm sure you'll get plenty of help

I agree shahpur - I usually have to ask for help with the last two or three clues - but have a half-empty grid at present. I would very much appreciate help with the following:

2 down - show great irritation - 4, 4, 4, 3

Don't have any letters to go on at present although still puzzling hard. Definitely having a bad week. Many thanks in advance for any help.
