Can anyone explain 2d please? I think it's "set fair" but I can't find a definition for this on the internet so don't know what the phrase means. Or do I have the wrong answer? Thank you!

Fine is SET FAIR like the weather, ready is SET and a charity bazaar is a FAIR. Can't work out why 6A is SATE!
