Good palace(Good for nothing)is my best guess.i've heard of good pudding and meat palace(not very endearing terms),so who knows?(maybe Wendy!)

There is a FOUD in Shetland who very likely lived in a palace.
So Foud Palace may be the answer.
Bearing in mind the source of this puzzle,the word play makes sense!!
