Bruce Forsyth used the catchphrase "I'm in charge" in the TV progamme Beat the Clock..

I don't know if it helps, but that phrase was used at a press conference by Alexander Haigh following the assasination attemp on Ronald Reagan.

Well it told you on the sheet it was 5 7 so was it really that hard to find

Closes September 15th - 4 months to have found it
