Hi bobs mum
It's a beef and vegetable stew with smoked paprika - actually it's for tomorrow as we are meeting a friend for a walk during the day and want something ready for when we get back in. Linguine carbonara tonight.

sounds lush--stews and curries always taste better if left for 24 hours -- we had Confit de canard in red wine last night with white asparagus and whole shallots with a fresh baguette to dip in the jus Yum

The only thing i can see at the moment rambler is SATORI which means awakening in Japaneese --- or conversion to Damascus saul to paul r we swaping letters perhaps?
