In 5ac, your T is wrong. Should be L. If you can explain the answer (I can find only 1 word that can fit), I'd be interested. I'm still stuck on 27ac.

Is one answer half a fictional brewery? If so, why is the other half the answer?

The top left is really hard-going (for me).

The answer to the clue at 5A is X. The word that goes in the grid is Y.

Do you all consider X and Y as "well-known partners"?

I'm not too happy with that one. Oh well ....
