Very many thanks for you input terry and emf. I think I'm going to have to give this up as I still have another 7 to try and solve all to do with cities. I'll just make a generous donation and leave it at that.

These are not cryptic clues are they? More like bloody tricky questions of fact. Well.

Ezra Moseley was a minor W.Indian cricketer. He played in only two official tests,neither of which was the final game of a series, and neither ended in a draw. Here's the interesting bit.-

He took part in the W.Indies rebel tours to South Africa in 1982/3 and 1983/4. Both of those series must have had a "final test". If you track down which "final test" was a draw with Moseley not out then where it was played is your city.
