N01 Clue is - He has double the legal entitlement of Dutch. 8 letters and I have ?i?a?i?? and I think the last one might be T which makes me think it must end in IST
NO2 Clue is - The Northern over-hasty production of rubbish. I have ??a?h, wonder if it is trash but can't work it out!!

In the North they say t for 'the' - so 'The' Northern and then rash for hasty equals t and rash - trash

Syl, 1st one is "bigamist" I think; having more than one wife; dutch as in "my old dutch".

I'd agree with "trash" for number two; 1st letter of "the" and rash

I think it may be Bigamist.

Bi being double but not sure about the Dutch association.
