the answers to the 1st and third were pretty obvious. But why encourage people who can't be assed to give the clues. If it's to show how clever you are I'm afraid you failed.

Changing name to "smalld" - promise not to answer any "easy" ones in future - will leave being smart to those who have a monopoly in that department.
