Hi Val.

1.So dramatic, with lunar eclipse, finally to see earth's shade.
OCHRE = (a) colour shade; final letters of first 5 words of the clue.

2.Land in trouble over involving Times
LIBYA = 'Land'; 'ail' (trouble) with 'by' (prefix for past, eg bygone) in it.

4.Firm wheels with force once turning crop up.
OCCUR = 'crop up'; 'Co'mpany + 'RUC' (N.Ireland police force), both backwards.

Hi again.

3.You are Snoopy's old fashioned Father!
PRIEST; I guess that there is an old-fashioned verb or adjective derived from 'to pry' ('pries' or 'priest'?) meaning 'to snoop'.
