A toccata is a musical composition, usually for a keyboard.

Could your 's' be made into a 't'?

only if Chinese Dumpling is spelt DIMTUN NOT dimsun as i have the s being the first letter

woh tip is also a chinese dumpling and would give a 't' for toccata. Would 'woh tip' fit or conflict with any other answers?

Just a thought ... a sonata is most often written for keyboard ~ but is only 6 letters.
