3A. there's an anagram in there + E(stasy)

Further to last evening the answer would appear to be SPECTACLE = show. An anagram of "etc + claps + E" . But, I agree with you. How can &c be etc? Also, where's the anagram indicator?
Either it's a very bad clue OR the answer is NOT spectacle AND there's no anagram.
What dost thou think?
