7dn tweet why? 15 ac iambs why o why? please help

7d Budgerigars 'tweet' I guess & say 'to eat' quickly.

15ac Iambs are 'feet' in poetry.

I think "tweet" because three birds are mentioned: budgie, swallow and swift.

iambs - odd bits from bush - b & h. this compiler ? I am.
