I appear to have another clue wrong, as the shrine clue is DAGOBA - A BAD changes direction with GO being attempt, the final word clue is ADIEU, which is frustrating as I had Kate ADIE in mind all along.

The incorrect clue is:

See old City hospital with external barrier
D?R?A?

I assume this is DURHAM, with hospital supplying the H, although I can't see the rest of the solution.

Anyone care to enlighten me?

Ah, now I see it:

UR is the old city, H is hospital and DAM is the barrier.
