Enjoyed this week's Saturday challenge but cannot relate one of my answers to the clue. 15A is:-
"Wine demonstrating excellence? Look for one!"
It's 6 letters and I had -E-L-T. I've put
"MERLOT" as my answer as this is the only wine
that I can get to fit. Can't tie this in with
the clue, however. Could someone please
enlighten me?

Excellence - merit. Look for one - lo instead of i.
