How is Frederic Chopin's waltz in E-Flat Major, opus 18, better known in English. The answer has something to do with time

Looks like 'The Brilliant Grand Waltz' to me from the Wikipedia extract below.

The Grande valse brillante in E-flat major (The Brilliant Grand Waltz), Op. 18, was composed by Frédéric Chopin in 1833 and published in 1834. It is Chopin's first published waltz composition for solo piano.
