20d "Flash's uniform accommodating large body" (6)

?L?U?T. Looks like it must be FLAUNT; uniform=flat and large body but not sure of this parsing.

Any help much appreciated

Duplicate thread by Big Al

Stuck on a couple - grateful for any help.

19 acc. strip clubs inside bar entrance (5)
L - T - -
I thought of lathi as the [Indian] club but am not satisfied.

and 17 down (3,5) TV etc showing recurring image: ex-royal Alexandra's butt.

_ _ _ M - D - A
Surely air or via media but it just does not sit right with me.

17 D. Theme, recurring image, Di, ex-royal and the A from the end of Alexandria.

19 Latch, bar entrance, Lath is the strip (of wood say), put C, clubs, inside.

Good evening. I've got one left to do:
5 Across: Bribe returned - Davey was affected?
I've got P-S-D assuming they are correct obviously.
Any help would be wonderful.

Bribe is SOP and Davey, I think, is ED Davey. Affected in the sense of assuming a character.

Thanks! To be honest, I'd never have got that. I'd got ED (Davey) but the bribe part of the clue, I just couldn't see.

Glad I could help.

The Chambers entry provides a very specific reference…
sop /sop/ noun
4. A propitiatory gift or concession (from the drugged sop the Sibyl gave to Cerberus to enable Aeneas to enter the Underworld in Virgil, Aeneid 6.420)

Thank you for the advice, which I will follow in future requests.
However, and pleased to say, fresh approach this morning led me to solve my remaining clues!
