How does that parse please? The twice must be BIS but the rest eludes me.

I wonder of this was set by the same horror who set the Jumbo this Saturday, they seem have have both swallowed the same thesaurus (answers include bardolater, canna, pica and upsilon)

For completeness, Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan are in Ulster but not Northern Ireland, though Unionists often use the terms interchangeably.
