Another enjoyable puzzle from CheeseCracker spoiled for me because I'm unable to parse the wordplay of 15. From the crossers - T?I?MIN? - it can only be thiamine but I can't see the wordplay. Screeeeeaaaaam!
The clue, for total clarity is "Vitamin evident in bone following fracture".

Agreed Will37 an enjoyable but occasionally tricky puzzle

Jazzgirl, 4d is a variant spelling of what is defined by the last two words.

Many thanks, xwordfan. Goodness knows how much longer that might have eluded me.

I’m just stuck on 33d. Have the test, and why, but missing this one. Punters would be good 😞

Can only follow the first part of your question ('test'? 'punters'?) so apologies if I'm missing something - the answer to 33d is 'teeth' ['tee' for support and the ends of t(oxtet)h].

It appears anna2424 is a newcomer, and has probably posted on the wrong thread.
