I suppose you mean No4.

The answer might (a big might) brill.

Br is a standard abbreviation used in international aviation meteorological reports meaning mist. Apparently derived from the word brume. So forecast = Br + ill (bad) . And brill is a common way of saying brilliant, i.e. good.
