I agree there is an error. Can anyone help with 19D? The best I can do is REX CAT as two words!

I agree with the last answer but there is no doubt that it should be hyphenated. After finding the quote, could anyone please give me any idea what I should enter in the 4 blank squares

You should enter the quote ( 7 words), starting in the NW block and passing through the other three blocks to form a square.

I have, I think, managed to get the quote going through the four blank squares. However I haven't been able to locate the 'position of another misprint. It may not be necessary but I would like to find it for completeness. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
