Two left where I have answers but can’t see the wordplay…

12a. In tumult old militiaman gets detached from Tim (5)
18a. Murrayfield ground? That’s armful I scattered (4)

Hints only please.

With the first one you have to find a word for an old militiaman and remove the name, more straightforwardly the second one is a subtraction from Murrayfield and then jumbled. Rather a clonky clue I thought.

I think thats right.

Many thanks for that. I had to do a bit of googling to confirm 13. Wordplay is usual letter for prince on what you steer a boat with round a.
